My aim is to teach children to prepare a wholesome, nutritious meal which they can reproduce at home. Hygiene, nutrition – and loads of laughs – are also on the agenda. Classes are held in a charming domestic setting in North Sydney. The children eat the food they have prepared at the end of the class and take home whatever is left over. I also take them into my cook’s garden to identify (and pick) organic vegies and herbs, weather permitting.
Cost of the classes: $60. Deposit of $30 required – I’ll send details sent when you make the booking.
Ages 8-16. Limit of 12 per class.
Kids cooking classes are held during the school holidays for groups of 8- 12 (depending on capability, allow a year either side) and last Sunday of the month, starting September 2010 (11am – 2pm).
I also conduct BIRTHDAY PARTIES parties – starting from $600 (for 10 children), at your place or mine.
Balloons, party hats and take-away edible gift provided.
Baking the birthday cake in the class: $50 extra.
SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER school holiday dates:
Monday: September 27th
Wednesdays: 29th September and October 6th
Fridays: 1st October and 8th October
Sunday: 10th October
Please let me know if any of the children have allegies (to nuts, eggs) or any special dietary requirements.

“That was the most beautiful day of my life,” 8 year old Bella 13/1/2010
Bless you, Sheridan. And thank you. Jake had a terrific time and has been raving about how much fun it was and how kind you were to him. Lisa and I both appreciate it and ask you to inform us next time you have a class that you think Jake – or our 7 year-old, Louis, would fit in well too.
Warmly, Peter FitzSimons
Just wanted to say Thank you very much for today. Imogen had such a lovely time and especially liked the Potato and Leek Soup!! She is going to make it for us on the weekend. Thank you again!”
- Erika Westley
“Thank you for a wonderful birthday party for Charlotte and her friends – it was so well organised and the girls absolutely LOVED the food !!!! You are obviously a very passionate cook which really came through to the girls. Let Paula know at school they’re still repeating her name rhymes!!!
There’s nothing better than having kids inspired to cook!!” – Petra Erby, June 2010
