You couldn’t get an easier or tastier or more “organic” dish than this fabulous seafood tortelli. The ingredients are available at Pasta Emilia, Surry Hills Sydney, and at various farmers markets around the city.

 

Ingredients

Serves 2 -3

  • Pasta Emilia frozen Crab & Prawn Tortelli, 1 packet
  • Pasta Emilia, Salsa Verde, 1 jar

Bring a pan of water to the boil, add some salt and carefully add the frozen tortelli. Simmer gently for 4 – 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and divide among four warm bowls.  Drizzle each with some of the Salsa Verde and garnish with lemon zest.
