Serves 2 -3
- Pasta Emilia frozen Crab & Prawn Tortelli, 1 packet
- Pasta Emilia, Salsa Verde, 1 jar
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add some salt and carefully add the frozen tortelli. Simmer gently for 4 – 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and divide among four warm bowls. Drizzle each with some of the Salsa Verde and garnish with lemon zest.
